Legal and commercial matters, properly managed.
Legal Project Management and Business Affairs for complex legal and commercial matters.
Practice
I work with clients, law firms and commercial stakeholders to bring structure, control and progression to complex legal and commercial matters.
My role involves managing workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, analysing evidence, supporting strategy and ensuring matters move forward efficiently and effectively.
That work combines legal project management, commercial operations, business affairs and experience gained across disputes, rights ownership, commercial transactions and complex multi-party projects.

How I work
Complex matters often involve multiple stakeholders, large volumes of information, competing priorities and significant commercial or legal risk.
My role is to bring structure, control and progression to those matters, ensuring that information, people and process remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of a project, transaction or dispute.
Whether working alongside clients, law firms, counsel or commercial stakeholders, I focus on organisation, coordination, analysis and delivery, helping matters move forward efficiently and effectively.
